    Return Policy:

    At Wholesale Rail, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive any parts that are defective or damaged, we offer a hassle-free return process.

    Warranty for Defects:

    All of our parts come with a warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If you discover any defects within 30 days of receiving your order, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

    Free Returns for Defective Items:

    If you receive a defective or damaged part, we will provide a prepaid return label for the item. Simply contact our customer service team to initiate the return process. Once we receive the defective item, we will either replace it with a new one or issue a refund, whichever you prefer.

    Returns for Non-Defective Items:

    If you decide that you no longer want the parts for any reason other than defects, you may return them within 14 days of delivery. Please note that return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. The items must be returned in their original condition, unused and in their original packaging, to be eligible for a refund.

    How to Initiate a Return:

    To initiate a return for defective items or non-defective returns, please contact our customer service team. Our representatives will guide you through the return process and provide any necessary assistance.

    Refunds:

    Refunds for returned items will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed after we receive the returned items.
